MI

Motivational Interviewing is an evidence-based counseling method used to help individuals resolve their own problems by talking through their feelings and insecurities and realizing what their ultimate goal may be.

DBT

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is specifically designed for individuals who experience overwhelming or highly intense emotions that are difficult to manage. DBT emphasizes balancing acceptance and change.

CPT

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is a structured, evidence-based form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) developed specifically to treat individuals experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and related symptoms.

ART

Accelerated Resolution Therapy is an evidence-based treatment modality for PTSD and other types of traumatic symptoms. In addition, there is a plethora of evidence showing promising results for a multitude of mental health symptoms such as depression and anxiety.

CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the go-to for most therapists and clients. By teaching you to focus on your own thoughts, feelings, and core beliefs, CBT teaches you coping skills for the symptoms you are experiencing.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desisitization and Reprocessing therapy is an evidence-based treatment modality to treat PTSD and other types of traumatic symptoms to include nightmares, hypervigilance, and anxiety. EMDR has also shown success with management of cravings for individuals with substance use disorder.
