H.Y.P.E.D FOR CHANGE

Helping Youth Promote Empowered Decisions for Change

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

H.Y.P.E.D. (Helping Youth Promote Empowered Decisions) 4 CHANGE SOC is a new development project funded by the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). A system of care (SOC) is a coordinated network of community-based services and supports that is designed to meet the challenges of children and youth (ages 0-21) with serious mental health needs. Families and youth work in partnership with public and private organizations so services and supports can be effective including building on the strengths of families. Our system of care (SOC) will help children, youth, and families function better at home, in school, in the community and throughout their lives.
